Wear appropriate PPE for your workflow, including eye protection, gloves, and lab coat where required.
Adjust pH slowly using HCl or NaOH while measuring with a calibrated pH meter.
For cell culture or sterile applications, use appropriate sterile technique and filtration or sterilization validated by your lab.
Hydration state matters. Make sure the molecular weight matches the exact reagent form, including hydration state.
